Rental Rates
Our rates vary based on time of year and cottage location.
- All renters must have a valid credit card for their rental stay and for any additional costs incurred during their stay. We accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa.
- The minimum age to rent a cottage is 25 years.
- Maximum cottage occupancy is 6 people (including children). Cottages are designed to comfortably sleep, 4 people. While most cottages are furnished with a sofa bed which allows for a maximum occupancy of 6 people, any occupancy above 4 should be limited to a single family.
- While some cottages have lofts, these are NOT available for renter use.
- Sheds or closets with padlocks are also not available for renter use
- There is a minimum 3 night stay during peak season.
